✨ Brenda Saari-O’Neill – Founder and CEO of Women In Action Leadership Series Inc.
✨ Audrey Cunningham – Jackson – Chief Vibe Officer Sugar and Leather LLC.

Overview of the Session:

In the realm of leadership and personal development, the 7th Hermetic Principle of Gender offers profound insights into achieving balance and harmony. Beyond the traditional notion of gender, this principle speaks to the duality and interplay of masculine and feminine energies within each of us. For women navigating the diverse landscapes of leadership and home life, understanding and embracing this principle can lead to transformative growth and empowerment.

Key Learnings from the Training Session:

Embracing Duality: The Principle of Gender teaches us that both masculine and feminine energies exist within everyone, regardless of biological gender. Embracing this duality allows women to tap into a full spectrum of strengths—combining assertiveness and nurturing, logic and intuition.

Leveraging Feminine Power: Often undervalued in traditional leadership models, feminine qualities such as empathy, collaboration, and intuition are powerful assets. By fully embracing these qualities, women can lead with authenticity and create inclusive environments both at work and at home.

Balancing Action and Reflection: The interplay of masculine and feminine energies encourages a balance between action-oriented tasks and reflective, strategic thinking.

Creating Harmony in Relationships: Understanding the Principle of Gender fosters appreciation for the dynamic energies in relationships with others. In both professional and personal spheres, recognizing and valuing diverse perspectives leads to stronger, more harmonious interactions. By promoting equality and balance, women can build supportive networks that empower everyone involved.

The 7th Hermetic Principle of Gender invites us to transcend conventional boundaries and embrace the richness of our inner duality. For women leading in various capacities, this principle is a powerful tool for cultivating balance, fostering innovation, and nurturing meaningful relationships.

Overview of the Session:

Welcome to our comprehensive course on DEIG, an essential framework for fostering a more inclusive and equitable society.

DEIG stands for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Governance, each representing a crucial component in creating environments where everyone can thrive. Here’s a breakdown of each element:

Diversity = Presence

Diversity refers to the presence of differences within a given setting, including race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, social class, physical ability, and more.

By valuing diversity, organizations can cultivate a rich tapestry of perspectives and experiences, leading to innovative solutions and a more dynamic environment.

Equity = Fairness
Equity entails ensuring fair treatment, opportunities, and advancement for all individuals while striving to identify and eliminate barriers that have historically led to unequal outcomes.

Unlike equality, which promotes identical treatment, equity acknowledges the need for tailored approaches to achieve fairness and justice.

Inclusion = Belonging
Inclusion is about fostering a sense of belonging by actively inviting all people to contribute and participate.

An inclusive environment is one where individuals feel respected, accepted, and valued for who they are, enabling them to bring their whole selves to the table.

Governance = Structure
Governance involves the structures, policies, and practices that ensure accountability, transparency, and ethical management within an organization.

Effective governance is crucial for maintaining trust and integrity while promoting DEIG principles across all levels of an organization.

Why This Training is Important for Everyone
In today’s world, understanding and implementing DEIG principles is more critical than ever.

As organizations and societies become increasingly diverse, the ability to manage and leverage this diversity is key to success.
Moreover, the global landscape reflects a heightened awareness of social justice issues.

In countries like the USA, there is ongoing unrest and a call for action to address the systemic inequities faced by minorities.

This course will provide you with the knowledge and tools necessary to navigate these challenges and implement effective DEIG strategies in your home,  organization or community.

Join us on this journey to create more inclusive and equitable environments for all.
